Entry and exit to your premises is taken for granted, and to be able to continue this, it is recommended that TORMAX doors receive a quarterly inspection by an authorised technician. This involves the completion of a service check-list to ensure every aspect of the system is working safely and effectively. Regular servicing is essential to maintain performance and to reduce the risk of a breakdown.

TORMAX provides a 24 hour 7 day per week solution to our customers by offering an after hours call out service.

Reactive Maintenance

TORMAX offers a reactive maintenance service by responding to service calls when your door is out of order.

TORMAX has a team of highly trained and experienced service technicians, with well-stocked vehicles carrying the replacement parts needed to restore units to their full working order.

Planned Maintenance

TORMAX offers a full Preventative Maintenance Contract, call your local TORMAX representative today to discuss what options of maintenance/service requirements will meet your company’s needs.

A Preventative Maintenance Contract not only prolongs the efficiency of your doors, but also helps to ensure the safety of those using them. Potential problems are often eradicated at this stage, preventing future breakdowns.
